More info
From the start, The Who was more than a rock band-they were a statement. Leaving a trail of destruction in their wake, they broke new ground (and everything else!) and became the most notorious band on the planet. By 1969, they were on the verge of becoming rock gods thanks to the overnight success of Tommy. They became synonymous with Monterey and Woodstock and along with Led Zeppelin, fronted the new rock revolution, blazing a trail across America. From humble beginnings in 1965 as serious mod upstarts, The Who-Greatest Hits Live charts the group's rise to worldwide fame through 12 iconic hits performed live from 1969-70.
