Delivery

We ship via Royal Mail 1st class when we can for fast secure delivery.

Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment.

If you prefer delivery with Tracking and or requires signature, an additional cost will be applied, you may choose this option at check-out if it is available for the item.

Delivery fees where applicable include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them if applicable. Whilst we take every care to ensure your package is secure and protects fragile objects, accidents can happen during transit. If any items have been damaged during delivery please contact us within 7 days.

Refunds and Returns 

If you are not happy with your purchase then please return the item in the condition you received it in the same packaging within 14 days.  Please contact us before doing so.  Return postage is not included in the refund unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit.
